Q: “How long will it take to receive my order?"
For Nassau customers, orders are delivered same day once placed before 4pm.
For Family Islands, once per week.
Q: “What's the pick-up location?"
Orders can be picked up at our storefront. Carmichael Road West passing the Rubis Gas Station. We are located in the second white plaza on the right in the same building as MORE94 FM.
Q: “If I place my order online, can i pick-up in store?"
Yes, you can. Your order confirmation and ID are required for pick up.
Q: “If I no longer want my item(s), can I get a refund?"
We do NOT issue refunds; we only offer store credit. Please review our store policies.
