Processing Time
Same day delivery is available at 5pm for all orders placed before 4:00pm. Orders placed after 4:00pm will be delivered the following day
Family Island orders are shipped once per week.
Shipping Charges
- Local Delivery- $5 -$10
- Mail Boat- $25 (2-3 business days)
- Air Freight- $35 (1-2 business days)
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email/SMS. You can track your order status anytime using the tracking link provided.
Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or courier service issues.
Please ensure your address and contact details are correct to avoid delivery failures.
Lost / Missing Packages
If your package does not arrive within the expected time, kindly contact our support team with your order ID, and we will assist you immediately.
